Our warehouse is in Ravanhall, west of Melbourne. From here we ship Australia wide using couriers.

Delivery Fee

Currently we are running a special promotion that provides you with Free Delivery when you buy 6 or more bottles of wine. We do charge $15 freight for any purchases that are under 6 bottles.

What happens once you have paid for your order?

We will send you an email confirming your order which shows your order details (provided you have entered your email address correctly). We will pick and pack your order from our warehouse in Melbourne and then send it with the relevant courier.

The Delivery

The couriers and freight companies require a signature for all deliveries. If no one is home at the time, they will leave a card in your letterbox with the information on how you can collect the parcel or have it re-delivered.

Authority to Leave – When placing your order, you can select the “Authority to leave” option which authorises the courier to leave the goods unattended at the delivery address. This means that the order will be regarded as delivered and received.

With this option, (authority to leave) Wines of the World will not accept responsibility for any loss or damage which may result from the Authority to Leave delivery option. You agree to release Wines of the World from and against any and all claims, demands, liabilities, losses, costs and expenses, including financial and other consequential losses, made, suffered or incurred by you or any other person or entity as a result of this Authority to Leave.

Legally we are not allowed to deliver wines to anyone that is under 18 years of age. In order to accept this delivery you will need to be 18 and over.
